Serving seven courses of the freshest dishes inspired by the nearby ocean is no mean feat however this globally award-winning team were definitely hitting the high notes! Expertly orchestrated by owners Todd and Kristine Young with a warm and efficient front-of-house team offering slick service – and clever kitchen crew led by Executive Chef Ben Achurch and Head Chef Anthony Dunne, each dish was a divine performance.
