Kira manages the critical final stages of the lending process, coordinating settlements, refinances and discharges while liaising with lenders, solicitors, conveyancers and clients to keep everything on track.
Working closely alongside Director Nikki Nielsen as her Personal Assistant, Kira also supports the day-to-day operations of the business, helping manage client communication, appointments and the many moving parts behind a busy, high-performing brokerage. Highly organised, approachable and always willing to help, Kira brings warmth, efficiency and attention to detail to everything she does. She is often the friendly voice keeping clients updated and making sure nothing is missed as their loan progresses towards settlement. For Kira, it’s all about making the process feel simple, seamless and stress-free for their clients.
