And just like that, we are past the first quarter of a new year – and it’s already been a wild ride (thanks Alfred!). As we embrace the Year of the Snake as a time of transformation and renewal, we celebrate the vibrant changes in our local business landscape – and so we bid adieu and pay tribute to two amazing local businesses: Eliza’s and Whisky Boy. While Liz from Eliza’s is embracing retirement after a stylish 29 years in fashion, last drinks for Jimmy and Geoffroy are well underway! Alsahwa Estate is settling into its new home and we extend a warm welcome to new businesses IN Noosa, eager to share their stories and contribute to our thriving community.
Autumn is set to be a season of celebration! We’re toasting to Peregian Beach Hotel’s impressive 20-year milestone, a testament to its enduring love for all things local. Our calendar is bursting with festivals and events that showcase the best of our region. From the mouthwatering delights of GourMAY Mary Valley, Noosa Eat & Drink, and The Curated Plate; to the artistic spectacles of Horizon Festival, Noosa Alive, and Australian Wearable Art Festival. As we look ahead, we’re filled with optimism for the fabulous year that’s unfolding. Here’s to new beginnings, continued success, and the vibrant spirit that makes our community truly special.
