Golden Goodness Of Hum Honey

Leisa ‘Bee Girl’ Sam’s lifelong passion for producing pristine honey in the Sunshine Coast hinterland has led her to create ‘Hum Honey’, a brand of honey with an ever-evolving twist.

In a marketplace with so many beekeepers all vying to get their product on the shelves, Leisa has come up with a point of difference; she cold infuses the flavours of the Sunshine Coast into her honey, collaborating with other producers to make a constantly changing range of delicious liquid gold.

Everything from ginger and turmeric, black garlic and finger limes, to organic rose petals and chilli, every time I see Leisa she has a new flavour for me to try. Hum Honey is available in stores all over Australia, as well as online.
