“The client engaged local firm Reitsma & Associates to design a full internal renovation with a small extension and having seen our work online, approached us to bring the plans to life, ” Tom explained. “The design was provided complete with detailed documentation – from tile selection and tapware, to appliances and colours, which allowed us to compile a clear, accurate budget from the outset.”
Working from Reitsma & Associates’ design drawings, Roebuck Concepts extended one bedroom, added an ensuite, remodelled the master suite to include a lavish full height walk-in robe, and rebuilt the existing kitchen into a custom, show-stopping piece of art!
“If you want to avoid a renovation blow-out, collaboration is key and choosing the right team is crucial,” Tom says. “Our client had a clear vision for a stylish, high-end finish and the designers made sure every aspect supported that and our team delivered.”

From customised wash basins and cabinetry handles, to a stand out kitchen featuring Taj Mahal stone benchtop and ‘pitt’ cooktop, no detail was spared for this luxury, yet functional family design.
“The existing kitchen was linked to the outside space via a new gas strut servery window and benchtop – visually connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces,” Tom says. “The Taj Mahal stone was most prominent in the extra large kitchen island and benchtops, and the same amazing stone was carried through to the master ensuite where the stone wash plane was designed as a seamless detail of the vaulted ensuite.”
