As the sun rises on a new season, Noosa Beach House is reawakening our summer spirit with a fresh coastal menu and the return of the Champagne Summer Lunch Series. Georgia Beard teases out the taste of summer, Noosa style!

Tasting sea spray on your tongue as you dive below the waves on Noosa Main Beach; sinking your teeth into a succulent summer fruit and letting the juices drip down your chin; strolling barefoot down Hastings Street in search of a summer feast or afternoon cocktail.

The flavours of summer found in Noosa’s slow surrounds are rich, radiant and come alive with a cornucopia of fresh flavours and special events from the breezy, light-filled terraces of Noosa Beach House.

As we settle into the summer holidays, Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort’s illustrious restaurant invites us to experience art
de vivre (the art of living!) and create memories to last a lifetime in the heart of Hastings Street. 

Devising a refreshing coastal menu lush with local and organic produce, Executive Chef George Francisco brings to life the season-long Taste of Summer Series. 

The Slow Food champion will plate up his coastal cuisine for the Champagne Summer Series, reviving and elevating the venue’s popular champagne lunches with a selection of wines curated by Head of Beverages, Remon Van De Kerkhof.

Hosted on select Saturdays, Champagne Summer Series will feature a different champagne partner for each event which will deliver a three-course, share-style feast perfectly matched with the finest French Fizz!

Sip champagne like sea foam on the crest of wave and follow the swell with the salty twang of dishes such as Oscietra caviar and butterflied King prawns paired with house-made XO sauce. 

Then, as if returning to the sand to sunbathe, bask in the abundance of decadent dessert options.

Noosa Beach House Bar will also savour summer with a range of specials available across the season, including Apéro Chic, the bar’s very own happy hour filled with joie de vivre from 4pm to 5pm. 

In search of a spirit to reflect marine magic, Sofitel and Seabourne Distillery have come together to create a signature gin celebrating their shared love of life lived between the hinterland and the shore – a magical combination. 

Pacific Gin captures saltwater and sunshine in one soulful sip. Some may call it a dream, but Noosa Beach House calls it ‘sea la vie’! We call it fabulous! 

This modern gin is awash with citrus and surges of spice and juniper. An all-day sipper, it finishes with rolling notes of sunrise lime, chamomile, lemon aspen and mountain pepper leaf to capture the cool sea breeze as it chases the fading sun. 

Enjoy it best over ice with a premium tonic and a wedge of grapefruit! 

With a rolling feast of events, live music and live food stations to accompany this summer spread of champagne, spirits and seafood, our senses are already awakening.
