From holiday to everyday
Melbourne-based Wendy and Steve had spent years escaping to Noosa to soak up the sunshine, and fell in love with the Noosa Sound pocket around Gympie Terrace and Quamby Place, an area they were determined to call home.
“Their friends living in Noosa recommended they chat to me,” Bron recalls. “I worked closely with them to refine their brief and budget, then uncover pre-market, off-market and on-market opportunities.”
After months of searching and ruling out properties that didn’t quite fit the brief or budget or due diligence criteria, Bron secured a stunning waterfront two-bed, two-bath apartment for
a competitive price at auction.
Thanks to her local knowledge and network, Wendy and Steve now wake up in their dream Noosa holiday apartment.
Family first-home buyers
After years living interstate, Guy and his partner were returning to Noosa and wanted to buy a family home. But as first-time buyers, they had no idea where to start.
“The process can be complex and time-consuming, particularly if you are unfamiliar with how to assess value or negotiate confidently,” Bron says.
Guy engaged Home Scouts to manage the evaluation, negotiation and purchase of his ideal home.

Busy professionals Sean and Hannah were drawn to old Tewantin and wanted a low-maintenance family home but didn’t have time for the search.
“They were looking for a fully renovated low-set home and engaged us to manage the full search, evaluation, negotiation and acquisition,” says Bron.
Together they developed a detailed buyer brief, including examples of ‘benchmark’ homes they loved.
In a twist of good timing, one of their exact benchmark properties became available again after a contract fell through. Thanks to our strong relationships with local agents, we were able to access it before it returned to market. Bron negotiated the price and terms, securing a brand-new four-bed, two-bath home on an 811m2 block at a competitive price – the perfect place to make new family memories.
From traffic to tree-changeM and J were living in inner-city Melbourne and dreaming of swapping traffic for trees. Their brief was clear: a private hinterland home with space, serenity and easy access to the beach.
“My role was to uncover that perfect balance between seclusion and convenience – a home with character, space and serenity within the Noosa Shire,” Bron says. “And the pressure was on as they had already sold their Melbourne apartment.”
Bron scoured the Noosa and Sunshine Coast hinterlands before finding the one – a property set on more than 8,000m2, surrounded by mature gardens and featuring timber floors and a north-facing balcony with ocean glimpses.
Competition was strong, so Bron moved decisively and secured the property. M and J now enjoy morning coffee surrounded by birdsong and sea breezes – the lifestyle they’d been dreaming of.
