There’s something undeniably special about Park & Cove at Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas. Maybe it’s the team, led by Director of Food & Beverage Andy Wilcox. Maybe it’s the beautiful, produce-driven food.
Or maybe it’s the atmosphere – soaring ceilings; treetop views to Laguna Bay; fully-stocked long, leafy bar; and warm, relaxed vibes and friendly staff. Most likely, it’s the perfect blend of all of the above that makes this one of Noosa’s most inviting dining destinations.
Guests were certainly impressed at the recent Park & Cove x Labart collaboration for Noosa Eat & Drink, where two of Queensland’s most acclaimed chefs – Alex Munoz Labart (Restaurant Labart, Paloma Wine Bar) and Andy Wilcox – joined forces for a one-off celebration of local produce and boutique wine.
The vibrant starter of Noosa Reds Ox Heart tomato, stracciatella, zucchini blossom, local beans and chilli macadamia pangrattato practically danced off the plate, perfectly matched with the 2023 Robert Channon V Verdello sparkling from Stanthorpe. Then came the rich, flavour-packed main: melt-in-the-mouth Queensland Wagyu beef with banana shallot, mustard leaf and carrot sauce, paired with a bold 2023 Ravenscroft Pinot Gris.
Each course was introduced by Andy and Alex, their enthusiasm for the craft and collaboration shining through.

To celebrate their second anniversary, the team is cranking up the heat with a new Spice Nights set menu on Friday and Saturday nights, loaded with spicy delights: think grilled chorizo skewers with smoked hot honey; charred Mooloolaba prawns glazed in native pepperberry; and chargrilled porterhouse with an ancho chilli rub; plus hot-honey roasted figs for dessert. Yes please!
And in very exciting breaking news, we can announce that from August Andrea Ravezzani – the acclaimed chef formerly behind Noosa Waterfront – will be joining the Park & Cove team as Head Chef, bringing Italian flair to their ongoing commitment to Queensland and Sunshine Coast produce.

Park & Cove is bringing the heat!
Choose from a set menu complete with sup’ed up spicy dishes and drinks, every Friday and Saturday from 6.30pm. For $55pp, choose from winter warmers and delicious desserts. For an extra $20 complete the experience with tipples such as a Chilli Gin Fizz with green chilli and cucumber, or a Native Negroni Heat with bush tomato Vermouth. The menu is designed to keep you warm, and there’ll be a DJ playing throughout the evening.
