Let the Good Times Flo! at Flo’s Crêperie

Lemon Bliss is my fave and I cannot resist the homemade lemon curd with fresh blueberries, crumble and vanilla ice cream – oui oui. Make a meal of it by starting with a galette of your choice – perhaps filled with scallops, king prawns, spinach, cheese, mushrooms and drizzled with cider beurre blanc; resplendent with crispy bacon, raclette cheese, caramelised onions and potatoes – or explore the dinner menu designed by Michelin-star chef Francois Poulard and featuring classic French faves done the Flo’s way.

Think steak frites, chicken fricassée, salmon rillettes, seafood bouillabaisse and the ever-popular raclette bombs! Every celebration needs to be accompanied by a special drink, and Flo’s certainly doesn’t disappoint with their signature range of French ciders, handcrafted in Bretagne using traditional methods with a sunny Aussie spin. Light and refreshing, it’s perfect for sipping alongside a crêpe or for toasting a special moment.
