Choose from The Classic, made with Martin Miller’s Gin or Absolut Vodka and your choice of a twist or olive; The French made with Absolut Vodka, Chambord and pineapple; or The Espresso, the ever-popular caffeinated version made from Absolut Vodka, Tia Maria and espresso.
Martini Hour (or hours) is made even happier with a special $10 Mooloolaba Prawn Roll – featuring local Mooloolaba prawns on a brioche roll with kewpie mayo and diced cucumber – the perfect way to take the edge off your hunger, so you can linger a little longer before moving on for dinner later in the evening. The menu might change for Martini Hour during summer but you can be guaranteed the offer will be divine with the highest quality ingredients, expertly prepared and presented.

Outside of Martini Hour, the martini love continues with an extended summer menu that includes other creative concoctions such as Vesper with Grey Goose, Martin Miller, Lillet and lemon; and Breakfast – perfect for any time of the day with gin, marmalade and Cointreau.
The mixologists have a few yet-to-be announced special festive versions to spread some Christmas cheer and make your sundown session extra merry and bright so be sure to keep en eye on social media – or pop in and see what the daily delight is!
The sensational summer vibes also extend to the food menu, which features some of the most decadent French-inspired bar snacks in town dreamed up by renowned Noosa Beach House Head Chef, Nick Blake: a sneak peek of what’s on offer includes the Lobster Cocktail with marie rose; the Classic Beef Carpaccio with rocket and pine nuts; Freshly Shucked Oysters with Champagne mignonette; and the indulgent Oscietra Caviar Service served with hash browns, crème fraîche and chives.
