The ultimate prestigious motoring experience is a celebration of automobile masterpieces for the curious, and connoisseurs of art and style, to gather and admire prestigious showstoppers exhibiting exceptional design, craftsmanship and captivating allure. And you’re invited.
Look out for one-of-a-kinds in Australia, and first-in-Queensland appearances, many crowd favourites and much coveted drop-dead gorgeous coupes and convertibles.
Admire a 1910 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost, 1966 Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray, DB5 Aston Martin, while adding super star appeal will be a 1936 Delage D6-70.
In 2014 it won Best French Car (French Cup) and Second in Class (Pre-war) at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, one of the most prestigious classic car shows in the world, held annually in Pebble Beach, California.

In Concours Lane at the eastern end of Hastings Street, it’s excitement in overdrive, at the stunning Prestige Car Collection featuring renowned brands such as Bentley, BMW, Lamborghini, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz, Range Rover and Porsche. Credit cards no doubt a-quivering!
Porsche aficionados will be in the fast lane for another unforgettable moment – the dramatic engine start of legendary Porsche 917/30. One of only six in the world, it is regarded as arguably the most powerful and dominant sports car racer in history. Developed for the Can-Am series, it is powered by a 5.4-litre twin-turbocharged flat-12 engine, capable of producing more than 1,000 horsepower. Renowned for its staggering speed and engineering audacity, it isn’t just heard – it’s felt!
Staying in the ‘right’ lane, means experiencing a world of automotive craftsmanship with a series of live talks as renowned restoration companies and master restorers unveil their latest projects – some still in progress. They will also share the stories behind their projects, offering rare insights into techniques and taking you behind-the-scenes. Exhibitors offering everything from car care products to bespoke vehicle covers will also be on hand.
The calibre of the judging serves as a guardian of authenticity and upholds the values of craftsmanship, innovation, and passion that defines the automotive world. Four judges have the onerous task of selecting the winners including the Best in Show Award, presented by founding event partner Tom Offermann.
