Celebrating Snails of Approval

Local leaders of the global Slow Food movement gathered at Peppers Noosa to welcome the newest –  and celebrate the ongoing – Snail of Approval recipients who took an oath to uphold the global values of producing good, clean and fair food. In the words of Noosa Mayor Tony Wellington: “May the slimy trails you leave be a shiny path for others to follow.”
