From fascinators to fancy hats with a fabulous feast, everyone was a winner for Gusto’s sold-out Melbourne Cup celebrations.
After the last horse had bolted, the team took some time out to refurbish the kitchen and give the venue a refresh, including extending the air conditioning to the outside dining area for year-round comfort – and perfect for summer!
Head Chef Heath Disher has created a mouthwatering summer menu including fresh and flavoursome dishes such as Citrus Cured Salmon; Summer Quail; and how can you resist the best freshly-shucked oysters?!
The new cocktail menu will compete for your attention against Gusto’s extensive wine list and the private dining room is yours for celebrating with your favourite friends and colleagues.
