Manifestation Sensation

Jackie Hillegers shares her insights into the laws of attraction and the sensation that is manifestation.

Have you ever wondered why some people seem to be constantly high-fived from the universe?  They attract opportunities to them in abundance and have an energy or a natural ability to draw people to them with their presence.

This may have something to do with the law of attraction or manifesting – they are asking the universe for what they want and keeping an eye out for signs to attract results and opportunities.

Manifesting is when you focus your thoughts on a desired outcome, by making the universe aware of your intentions. It may not happen straight away but when you work on yourself and your beliefs a little each day you become attuned to receiving good vibrations, a higher energy and a positive outcome.

With manifesting you must let go of ego and control and be willing to trust that your high frequency energy will draw your wishes and desires your way.

Einstein said “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality”.

To be successful with manifesting it helps to visualise the different stages of the process or journey: visualise the sacrifices you will have to make in your day-to-day life; the highs you will feel when it happens; as well as the lows and the hard work you will have to endure.

Put your desires out to the world to attract ways of making your idea happen.

I have found manifesting to be very powerful and rewarding so make sure you have a positive headspace and acknowledge (with gratitude) each sign that guides you along the path to success.

Some of the steps to manifest a great result are as follows:

1. YOUR GOALS

Be very clear and precise when setting your intention. When you have decided on what it is that you want you can put it out to the universe in the following ways: visualisation, vision boards, prayer, meditations, writing, sharing it with others or journalling.

Write down a brief, to-the-point explanation of exactly what it is you want and word it in the present tense as if it is happening now.

Start with a small goal which is within your reach.

As you perfect your technique you can make your goals and intentions larger.

Focus on your five senses when visualising. Imagine the feeling you will get as your dream comes to fruition.

If you are manifesting your ‘dream job’ imagine how it feels to be sitting in your chair behind your desk. How does your suit or uniform feel against your skin? Is there a particular smell or noise coming from your surroundings?

What you pay attention to in your mind will allow it to strengthen and grow stronger, these thoughts will stay at the forefront of your mind so you remember them often.

Only YOU have the power to create your own reality so make sure you follow it through to the end.

2. VISION BOARD

Creating a Vision Board provides visual clarity of your intentions.

Cut out magazine pictures, add encouraging words or write some of your favourite positive quotes.

Place your Vision Board where you can see it every day.

Be around people who can help create steps to complete your goal.

Don’t just talk the talk, also walk the walk. Be consciously aware of when changes happen, we often live on auto-pilot and may miss a sign or opportunity that comes our way.

Write down how your goal will change your life – you are the creator of your own reality!

3. PUT IT OUT TO THE WORLD

Talk about your manifesting goals as if they are truly happening now, put your words and intentions out to the people around you and the universe will be listening.

Believe in yourself and allow the process to move at its own pace – don’t rush it.

Read books about the subject, network with similar-minded people and put more positive energy out there so people feel your passion and want to be a part of your journey.

People will become curious about your goal and share your intentions with others who may have knowledge or opportunities to pass on.

Each week write down three small steps to bring you closer to your goal and let go of your limiting beliefs.

The more you talk about it the more you will remove any underlying fear and doubt, and you will feel comfortable receiving your signs and seeing progress.

4. TRUST THE PROCESS

Do not doubt the process and say to yourself ‘this is not working’, as then it probably won’t!

Instead say – ‘each and every day I am seeing steps to bring me closer to my end result’.

Manifesting is a skill that requires constant attention and practice but the end result is more than worth it.

5. VIBRATION

When you have a high vibration or a good energy about you, people around you can ‘feel it’ and are drawn to you.

Keep your vibration high by continually being grateful, finding joy in the little things and learning/seeking knowledge from others.

People with a negative attitude or low vibration can bring your energy levels down and make you doubt your intentions.

Be around people who believe in you!

At the end of the day manifesting is a more spiritual way of working towards your life goals and turning your dreams into reality.

You are an individual magnet working your way through life… so be careful who you attract.

Put yourself out to the world and allow an abundance of love, health and wealth your way.

You can literally create your perfect life by changing your thinking pattern.

So tap into the mind-body connection and feel the success brewing internally – if you believe it, you CAN receive it.
