Sirromet Ambassador Jared Finlayson and Chief Winemaker Jessica Ferguson guided guests through a menu of exquisite wine and food pairings showcasing their 2015 Signature Collection Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay; 2021 Signature Collection Chardonnay; 2023 Granit Vermentino; 2023 Granit Montepulciano; and closing with an NV ‘The Clyde’ Tawny Port.
