Park & Cove’s quest to deliver exquisite local flavours with superb Queensland wines continues, Deb Caruso dives in.

Perched above the hustle of Hastings Street and nestled in the leafy surrounds of Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas overlooking Laguna Bay, you could be on vacation. Director of Food & Beverage Andrew Wilcox and his team love to highlight outstanding Queensland wines and the Sirromet Wine Dinner was another masterclass in all that is great in the Sunshine State! Sirromet Ambassador Jared Finlayson and Chief Winemaker Jessica Ferguson guided guests through a menu of exquisite wine and food pairings showcasing their 2015 Signature Collection Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay; 2021 Signature Collection Chardonnay; 2023 Granit Vermentino; 2023 Granit Montepulciano; and closing with an NV ‘The Clyde’ Tawny Port. Cheers to that!
