Perfectly Curated Plate

The Curated Plate showcased fresh, seasonal produce with local and visiting chefs in some of the Sunshine Coast’s most stunning locations.

The Legends Lunch at Yandina Station was a standout with Analiese Gregory (Franklin, Hobart) teaming up with her former boss Peter Gilmore (Quay and Bennelong, Sydney) to present an all-out lavish, long lunch in the stunning surrounds of Yandina Station.

The dynamic duo enticed diners to experience exciting flavour combinations and entertained with their exotic and creative interpretations including Octopus Head XO and sea cucumber crackling!

Guests from all over Australia and even the world sipped champagne overlooking the green hills and taking the opportunity to dine with foodie luminaries including Australia’s own Lyndey Milan OAM; and international legend Raymond Blanc OBE.
