“Previously, Fish & Chips was only a takeaway offering, so now guests have a brand-new, all-weather space to sit and enjoy the river views while enjoying the freshest seafood – or that early morning pick-me-up from Little Boaty,” Sarah explains.
This isn’t just a few extra chairs tossed onto a deck. It is a thoughtfully designed seating space with outdoor picnic tables offering a front-row seat to the river, regardless of the weather.
There is something profoundly satisfying about peeling back the paper of a hot parcel of local fish and chips while your feet are practically in the sand, watching the world float by.
For the early risers and the mid-morning socialites, the Little Boaty Coffee Bar is no longer just a pitstop on the morning power walk. The new seating plan is designed for the all-day coffee culture that Noosa does so well.
“It’s the perfect meeting place for friends at any time of the day,” Sarah says. “And it’s dog-friendly, so you can stop in for a coffee and linger longer with your four-legged friend.”
The evolution of the Boathouse doesn’t stop there. The second enhancement to Noosa Boathouse adds extra options corporate events, weddings or celebrations. In addition to the River Room with capacity for up to 200 guests and the Eastern Deck with seating for up to 30 people, comes Saltwater Studio, a new chapter in boutique hosting which Sarah describes as a curated blend of coastal luxe meets Euro-Summer.
“Saltwater Studio is an air-conditioned private dining room or boardroom meeting space that seats up to 14 people,” Sarah says. “With the artwork and styling, it’s a real vibe and an absolute pleasure to be in.”
Saltwater Studio is the kind of secret space that is perfect for intimate celebrations, a long lunch with loved ones, or an executive board meeting that requires relaxed elegance.
