More than 94 artists and galleries are flinging open the doors to welcome you into their creative spaces for Queensland’s largest art trail!

Over ten days and across four colourful art trails, meet the artists and explore the sanctuaries where magic is made – think painting, ceramics, sculpture, glass, jewellery, textiles, mixed media and more, all set against the stunning backdrop of our beaches, hinterland and villages.

The best bit? Noosa Open Studios is FREE to explore at your own pace, and you might just find the perfect piece to take home!

Before you go

Kick things off at the historic Wallace House in Noosaville, the heart of Noosa Open Studios. Here you’ll find a curated example of work from every artist, chat to friendly volunteers, and plot your own creative adventure. There’s even a pop-up café with handmade goodies on weekends to fuel your journey.

Explore the Art Trails

Trail 1: Noosa

Meet artists in Noosa Heads, Noosaville, Tewantin and surrounds. From bold contemporary painters to fine furniture makers and ceramicists, this trail is buzzing with urban creativity. Pop into the Gateway Drive precinct for a cluster of studios and soak up the vibrant atmosphere.

Trail 2: Beaches

Stretching from Sunshine Beach to Coolum, this coastal trail blends art with ocean breezes. Expect vibrant abstracts, dreamy illustrations, glasswork, ceramics and plenty of colourful surprises. Perfect for a day of beach-meets-creativity.

Trail 3: Tinbeerwah to Eumundi

Head inland for sweeping views, rolling hills and studios nestled in nature. Here you’ll find ceramicists, painters, textile artists, sculptors and makers inspired by the landscape itself. A trail for slow drives, scenic stops and heartfelt conversations with artists.

Trail 4: Cooroy / Kin Kin / Cooroibah

The hinterland’s creative heart! Discover everything from jewellery to ceramics, knives to mosaics, alongside painters and mixed media innovators. A wonderful excuse to wander through charming villages like Cooroy and Kin Kin while uncovering art treasures. Be sure to drop into the revitalised Kin Kin Hotel for a delicious lunch or to grab freshly-baked sourdough bread and pastries (don’t miss the gluten free options!) – or make a weekend of it with dinner at the Woodshed Restaurant and stay the night to enjoy good, old-fashioned country hospitality! Why just look when you can also make? With over 15 different workshops, there are plenty of ways to explore your inner artist. Noosa Open Studios coincides with Sunshine Coast Open House 25, running the same weekends. So along with peeking inside artists’ studios, you can step into some of the region’s most iconic buildings and private homes. Double the creativity, double the inspiration!
