Feeling sore? Tired? Old? A little bit stiff? Coming back from injury? Hormones going crazy? Or maybe you’re interested in feeling stronger and living longer? Deb Caruso meets the team that can activate your life and get you on track!

Dr Viktoria Molloy and husband Tom are not just fitness enthusiasts; they are pioneers in the field of health coaching. Their journey began with a shared passion for helping people achieve the best version of themselves through offering the best physiotherapy, exercise, health coaching and remedial massage to help clients avoid surgery, regain function, learn to love their bodies, and ultimately do the things they love, regardless of age.

“We wanted to create a space where people could not only recover from injuries but also enhance their overall health and vitality,” says Viktoria, who has a PhD in together with 23 years of clinical experience as a physiotherapist.

Their approach focuses on personalised care through a comprehensive health coaching program that incorporates cutting-edge science and technology.

“We work with a company in America to analyse blood work and physiological data, which helps us create tailored programs for our clients,” explains Tom, who has been on his own journey through burnout and injury before becoming Australia’s first extreme performance training coach, including training with Wim Hoff.

One of the standout features of Activate Body is their transformative programs that focus on longevity and performance.

“It’s not just about avoiding illness; it’s about optimising health and feeling your best,” says Viktoria. The programs are designed to make small, impactful changes that lead to significant improvements in health and wellbeing.

For example, the detox program is a game-changer for clients suffering from pain, fatigue and weight management.

“It’s like hitting the reset button on your health,” says Tom. “The program helps clients shed excess weight, eliminate toxins, and adopt healthier lifestyle choices.

“We’ve seen incredible results, from significant weight loss to improved energy levels.”

Age is no barrier and Tom and Viktoria pride themselves in providing a welcome space and effective results, particularly for people over 30.

“We have a fantastic group of women who train together and support each other,” says Viktoria. “The camaraderie and encouragement in these sessions are palpable, creating an environment where everyone feels motivated to set and achieve goals.”

Tom, who oversees the strength and conditioning programs, emphasises the importance of functional movement and biomechanics.

“We tailor our programs to each individual’s needs, ensuring they are not only getting stronger but also moving better,” he explains.

This personalised approach has led to remarkable transformations, with clients reporting increased strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.

The success stories from Activate Body are truly inspiring. Take, for example, a client who presented with severe lower back pain.

“In less than three months, they were pain-free and had significantly improved their fitness levels,” recalls Tom.

Another client, who had been struggling with osteopenia after recovering from cancer, found renewed strength and vitality.

“It’s incredibly rewarding to see our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life,” says Viktoria.

Dedication to their clients’ wellbeing is evident in every aspect of their work, from the initial consultation to ongoing support and encouragement. They have cultivated a community of wellness and were recently awarded the Sunshine Coast Business Award for Health & Wellness. As they continue to innovate and expand their services, Viktoria and Tom Molloy remain committed to their mission of promoting health and wellness in Noosa.

“We are always looking for new ways to help our clients achieve their best selves,” says Tom.

Whether it’s through advanced health coaching techniques, personalised fitness or recovery programs, clients can be confident that they are in expert hands, guided by a team that truly cares about their health and happiness.
