Alive with Encores! at Noosa Waterfront Restaurant
Cementing its place as an ultimate destination for memorable moments with stunning food, wine and service in a dream location, Noosa Waterfront Restaurant & Bar played host to two exclusive events as part of Noosa Alive!
What better accompaniment to soaring Italian opera than a sunset backdrop at Noosa Waterfront? Billed as A Night at the Opera starring the stupendous operatic trio Divina, guests enjoyed soaring arias, spine-tingling duets and luscious trios delivered with elegance and power. The perfect accompaniment for a sumptuous three-course menu featuring hits from the kitchen such as seared Pacific scallops and roasted glazed pork belly with Agrodolce sauce to start; Sovereign lamb shoulder with a black pepper and red wine reduction for mains, and to finish? Opera Cake of course!
For a change of pace, A Literary Lunch saw the exclusive Australian launch of My Father Bryce, a moving and unforgettable memoir by the multimillion-selling author’s son, Adam Courtenay who loved his father’s stories.
The two-course lunch included such flavours as Acquerello risotto with prawns, fresh chilli, lemon butter and baby zucchini; or Earl Grey panna cotta with strawberries. Just as captivating was the IN Conversation with IN Noosa Magazine’s Carlie Wacker interviewing Adam about his journey to understand who his father truly was.
Bravo! Bellissimo!
