Decade of Decadence at Locale Noosa

When IN Noosa Magazine and Locale Noosa came together to celebrate 10 years in business, a delightful and delicious afternoon was always going to be on the menu, Deb Caruso relished every moment.

Surviving the past ten years in business is something to be noted and, when you share that milestone with a dining institution such as Locale Noosa, it calls for a celebratory feast! As Locale was the first venue to ever host an IN Noosa Magazine wine lunch, it seemed apt to rekindle the magic with a divine four-course menu featuring dishes inspired by owner Rio Capurso’s hometown of Puglia and using the very best – and freshest – local produce.

Paired with matching Italian wines and a few exclusive surprises, including a bespoke cocktail using Seabourne Distillery’s unreleased After Dark Amaro; and a world-first tasting of Softshell Australian Bay Lobster, it was an afternoon to remember. Bravo! Delizioso! Let’s not wait another decade to do it again. Grazie to the amazing team at Locale.
