Just 14 months after opening her doors, Bianca Dyda’s Cosmedic Lab is growing. Melanie Rosettenstein catches up with the former nurse who has introduced a new membership plan and a revolutionary treatment to keep clients glowing and business growing.

Bianca Dyda, opened Cosmedic Lab, a high-end boutique for custom skin and anti-ageing treatments, just over a year ago. With her customary warmth and savviness on all things skincare, Cosmedic Lab, located in bustling Noosaville, is going from strength to strength.

Bianca’s clientele ranges in age from 35 to 65 and most of her clients are looking to rejuvenate their skin and combat the effects of sun damage and ageing. With high living costs impacting people’s wallets, she recently introduced a new membership plan to help clients continue the skin care treatments they need without breaking the budget.

“I’ve found that people are currently cash-strapped but still want to attend to their skincare and anti-ageing needs,” she says. “Our new membership programs allows clients to sign up for a six month treatment plan that they pay for with smaller weekly amounts.”

The new skin membership plans are organised into three tiers: Emerald, Sapphire, and Diamond. After an initial bespoke consultation, Bianca will recommend the best program based on a client’s needs and budget.

“Each plan includes a certain cluster of treatments so we’ll decide which options would be best,” she explains. “The client can then come in for their monthly treatment which is paid off weekly.

“After six months we decide if they want to renew their membership or adjust the treatment plan.”

Bianca added that by signing up to her membership plan, clients also receive a 15% discount on Synergie Skin Care products which are great for complementing monthly treatments. In addition to the membership program, Bianca has introduced the new Tribella triple photo facial treatment which offers to rejuvenate and enhance the skin, while also including IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) technology to target pigmentation.

According to the skin doyenne, the investment in this groundbreaking new technology was in response to frequent requests from clients seeking treatment to address skin pigmentation, a common side effect of living in sun-drenched Queensland.

The Tribella treatment offers three treatments in one: the first stage corrects discolouration, fades age spots, reduces sun damage, and improves skin tone; stage two is the anti-ageing treatment which reduces fine lines and wrinkles, and firms up skin; and the final resurfacing treatment smoothes out uneven skin texture and can correct things like scarring, enlarged pores, stretch marks and other concerns. Two or three sessions six weeks apart are recommended to get the full effect.

Bianca says the best thing about the treatment is that it can be done in one day with very little downtime afterwards so it’s a good alternative to having a surgical facelift or other invasive treatments.

“This triple skin rejuvenation targets all aspects of skin ageing and it’s minimal downtime afterwards where your skin just feels really dry and a bit swollen,” she says.

“But it’s nothing you can’t cover with makeup and we recommend lots of moisturiser for the first few days.”

On the treatment’s effectiveness, Bianca said while it was early days they’ve already had clients come through who’ve experienced really good results.

“Immediately there will be a beautiful plump result after the initial skin tightening treatment,” she said.

“Over a few weeks the pigmentation begins to lighten while new collagen growth is also stimulated.”

With winter on our doorstep Bianca says now is an excellent time to invest in this new skin treatment.

“Tribella is a great winter treatment because it’s a lot safer to treat skin pigmentation when the UV index is not so strong and, especially being in Queensland, people aren’t spending as much time in the sun.”

Bianca recommends two to three sessions about six weeks apart and can offer the treatment as part of a bespoke membership package. In fact, any custom treatment plan that a client needs can be incorporated into a custom skin membership.

With expert advice, the very best skincare products and technologically-advanced equipment, plus the benefits of tailored treatment plans and an easy-to-manage membership, there’s every reason to get your glow on.
