A Taste of Tuscany at Noosa Waterfront Restaurant & Bar delivered superb food accompanied by divine wine, and Andrea Ravezzani’s entertaining Italian flair!
Starting with canapés and a crisp white in the stunning sunshine, the event got off to a shining start before guests were welcomed inside for amusing anecdotes and appetising inspirations from Executive Chef and Owner Andrea and Convivium Wines’ Paul Clarke who poured with perfection. The theatrical pouring of a limited edition 2016 red wine from magnum-sized bottles competed for attention with the live slicing of numerous 1.2kg Fiorentina style t-bones, charred to perfection, sprinkled with salt flakes and served with mouthwatering sides! Showstopping salivations! Bravo!
