What’s not to love about having an entire Hastings Street icon to yourself to celebrate, no queues, just the IN Noosa crew, a bevy of INspiring local businesses and a very generous spread.
Miss Moneypenny’s rolled out the red carpet, we rolled up our sleeves, and together we toasted the arrival of our stunning Winter edition for a sunset Sunday sesh. The cocktails were flowing and guests received the full 007 treatment – shaken, stirred and thoroughly spoiled.
The star of the day was the prawn toast – crisp, golden and gone within seconds, a Miss Moneypenny’s signature classic that’s worth the reservation alone. With an emphasis on Modern Mediterranean cuisine, the menu is designed to impress, from fresh local scallops and braised pork belly right through to customised options such as silky haloumi and the cutest baby baklava that was almost too cute to eat (I said ‘almost’). Every bite was a nod to a kitchen that doesn’t do things by halves. It’s à la carte dining, casual share plates with drinks or late-night nibbles, seven days a week.
Their multi-award-winning bar runs one of the most extensive beverages lists on the coast, with some of the best mixologists in the country behind it, and it’s also home to the popular Cocktail Masterclasses. The best part? You don’t need a press pass for your own Miss Moneypenny’s takeover. Function spaces range from intimate groups of 12 to 400. Semi‑Private Dining gives you the buzz without the crowd, the Sunset Deck is perfect for alfresco cocktails and milestone moments, and the Bar Lounge suits relaxed catch‑ups over share boards and pizzas. Their team can do it all while you soak it up and make some memories!
