Sunshine Coast Art & Framing Gallery has been the go-to for picture framing on the coast for 25-plus years, and owners Jeff and Lis McColl and the team across Minyama and Noosaville will frame just about anything — paintings, photos, memorabilia, even the odd footy jersey — with the right mat, the right glass and a finish that actually does the piece justice.
It’s proper trade knowledge too, not just a quick measure-and-stick job. Acid-free boards, glare-reducing glass, and a genuine eye for pairing the right frame with the right piece, whether it’s a delicate watercolour or a once-in-a-lifetime keepsake that’s survived a few too many house moves. They’ll also stretch canvases, restore tired old frames, and print and frame your own photos if you’d rather skip the DIY altogether.
There’s also a rotating selection of local art on display, so it’s worth a browse even if you’re not framing anything (yet).
