Rickys River Bar & Restaurant has traded in laid-back elegance on the banks of the Noosa River since 2006, becoming a fixture for long lunches, sunset dinners and life’s big celebrations. Uninterrupted river views, breezy indoor-outdoor spaces and a private jetty (arrive by ferry, water taxi or gondola if you like) set the scene for General Manager David Jouy’s decade-plus tenure at the helm.
Head Chef Enrique Mancilla leads a menu built around local produce, including fruit, veg and herbs grown at the restaurant’s own Maravista Farm, alongside beloved signature dishes like the Spanner Crab Spaghettini and Passionfruit Soufflé that have stayed on the menu for years by popular demand. A 2022 renovation doubled Rickys in size without losing its polish.
