A prime position on Gympie Terrace has made Gusto a hit with Noosa locals for more than 20 years, and it’s better than ever after a complete revamp by owners Tim Lepoutre and Chloe Dunlop, who took over in 2020 and remain a near-constant presence on the dining-room floor. Local seafood is front and centre, with the Mooloolaba prawn and garlic ravioli a longstanding menu favourite, alongside dishes like pan-seared goldband snapper and grilled Brisbane Valley quail.

The wine list runs to more than 40 Australian and European drops by the glass, and Gusto hosts weekly and monthly events, along with a luxurious private dining room for events and functions overlooking the Noosa River.
