Owned by Bretagne-native Florian “Flo” Guillemard and his Australian wife Michelle, this family-run venture channels 15+ years of crêperie experience and Flo’s childhood in the birthplace of the crêpe into every dish.
Beyond the signature crêpes and galettes (think Seafood Soirée, Flo’s Alpine Cheese and Lemon Bliss), Flo’s now serves an authentic French dinner menu developed with Michelin-experienced chef François Poulard, featuring confit duck, steak tartare and prawn soufflé. The venue also produces its own French cider, hosts sold-out seasonal Tasting Dinners, and released a hardcover cookbook, Flo’s Crêpes, capturing 40+ recipes and the story behind the brand.
